Payment/Terms and Conditions
Every purchase of jewellery from PHD Accessories is made
under these terms of trade.
Agreement
An agreement is deemed to have been made when your order
is confirmed by email.
Payment
We require payment on confirmation of the order and
prior to dispatch.
Payment can be made by:

Internet Bank transfer – Details of Bank Account
will be emailed after the order is accepted.

Cheque - We require seven days for cheques to clear
before the goods are dispatched

Credit Card - We will accept Credit cards using
Paymate's Secure Website
If an item of jewellery becomes unavailable for any
reason after you have placed your order and made your
payment you will be advised and your money refunded in
full.
New Zealand buyers - Credit Card Payments
No Registration & No Fee's

Cost of dispatch to New Zealand addresses
Standard Track and Trace Courier $5.50, this might
change if several pieces are ordered, in which case you
will be notified.
Orders are sent by NZ Post.
Once dispatched we will email you.
Your order should be delivered within 7 - 10 working
days. Custom made pieces may take longer if components
have to be ordered from Suppliers. We will notify you of
this.
Other Countries
Please contact us by email first as special arrangements
may be required.
Returns
In the unlikely event that an item of PHD Accessory
jewellery that you have purchased from us is defective,
please advise us as soon as possible. Return the piece
and we will replace it. Please ensure no damage is
caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
IMPORTANT:
New Zealand
Post & Courier Post will NOT pay compensation for
loss of, or damage to any high risk items.
Jewellery and precious stones are classified as high
risk items within New Zealand.
PHD Accessories does NOT accept any
responsibility for lost/damaged items once accepted by
NZ Post.
